The DN200 has become an established favorite amongst both engineers and musicians alike. With its high headroom, dynamic response and sonic clarity, DN200 faithfully reproduces the character of electric and acoustic instruments and allows far more of the detail of musical performances to be captured. DN200 is intended for professional applications where +48 V phantom power is a standard feature on all mixing consoles, and its innovative design results in a significantly higher clipping point than many other active DI Boxes, providing +10 dBu output into a 2 KΩ load. This increased headroom means that much higher-level input signals can be accommodated without the need for an attenuating pad. Combined with a very low noise input circuit topology, DN200 offers a very wide dynamic range, and only requires the -20 dB pad when connecting directly to instrument amplifier outputs or other very high-level signal sources.

The Active Direct Inject box shall provide a transformer balanced and isolated feed from a source input via a 1/4″ TRS jack or 3-pin XLR-type connector. The output of the DI box shall be via an XLR connector. The unit shall also provide a 1/4″ TRS jack in parallel with the input to act as a link for line bridging. The link shall be a direct feed from the input, or shall optionally be fed from an actively buffered input signal.

The Active Hybrid-Horn Arrayable Subwoofer LAs118A is equipped with a custom made B&C, long excursion, 18″ neodymium woofer and is internally powered by a DPAmplifier module. As it shares the same rigging technology with the LA122A and LA122WA, a flexible integration, both on the ground or on the top of the LA122A arrays, is possible. In addition it may also be used in arrays consisting entirely of LAs118A subwoofers.

The integrated DSP with A/D-D/A low noise converters, provides eight selectable presets (six factory defined and two user-defined) that can be accessed by an easy selector, located on the front module panel or real time edited by a PC, using the supplied Soundware software, via USB remote control. This permits easy customization of the sound programme, for various applications or different venues. An intelligent automatic standby mode is activated when the amplifier detects no input signal, saving energy and extending the expected work life.

With the Soundware software is possible to edit the six pre-loaded presets and store them either of the two free memories. Editable parameters are input equalization, input delay, input high-pass/low-pass filters and the ‘bass enhancer’ function. A total of 255 units can be controlled simultaneously by the software.
